All you have to do is to add the user in
the file /etc/raddb/users with the format of
opensource Password = "linux", Login-Time = "Mo-su"     /* opensource is the
username; linux is the password

or use the include directive :)
$include /etc/raddb/userlist <--- put your user in this file
