Which is more advantageous between the 2 against spammers: RBL or access file?
This is how I understand it; access file needs to be updated manually while RBL is a list maintained by another party. I just don't know what part of the email RBL acts on; e.g. any entries on the access file will be compared to the value of the envelope (RCPT TO and MAIL FROM).
