I'm afraid to say that this won't strictly be true. Marami pa rin
silang pagkakataon mangurakot.  With Linux and open source, the money
then goes into Linux services and support instead of license fees to M$.
As long as there's money being exchanged, there will be opportunities
for corruption.  Karamihan naman sigurong kukunin nilang kakayahan ay
mangagaling marahil sa mga lokal na kompanya na nagtutulak ng mga
solusyon na gumagamit ng malayang software.  Kaya kahit papaano, ang
pera'y mananatili sa Pilipinas at di mapupunta sa malaking monopolyong
dayuhan. :)
