I guess the certificates are 'STI' certificates and not 'PLUG'. I
remember an officer (ian?) saying he doesn't want to give out PLUG
certificates until the SEC regisration pushes through.

Just playing the "devil's advocate", shouldn't stuff like this be
discussed at the plug-org mailing list? Yeah, I know that only the board
regulars subscribe there. <g>
