anybody interested in creating a 'wrapper' script that would allow the newbie slackware users to do something ala 'apt-get ...' or 'rpm ...' and have it tell the user/admin to install the needed packages? i believe it's called dependency checking...
i know, i could live with pkgtool in its present incarnation, and to be more "user friendly" and "convenient" would anybody be interested in adding in their comments and suggestions to what you would like to see in this 'wrapper' script if i ever get to start coding on it? i think i'll do it in perl or probably do bash scripting... anyway, i think i'll scratch my own itch first, then let others scratch em after i've done my own scratchin'... ;) -- -=[mikhail]=- aka Dean Michael C.
