I would like to annouce the construction
of Serg's CAFE and tux cafe in shangrila carpark plaza
i've been in the I.T for almost 4 years
now aside from my first work/training at ASTI-DOST and right
now...
i'm engaged in family business ... thus a
BIG shift in career .. from I.T. to BUSINESS
i've conceptualized TUX CAFE for a social
place for pluggers where they can PLAY and RELAX and used their favorite
distros
after work or an weekends...
i've experienced this before i got married
that me ang Miguel Paraz are always late on going home and thus they say that
we
don't have a "night life" you know going
out even on weekends...
there is one time i remember that we're
invited to go out in street life ... even there we re still talking I.T.
...you know birds with same feathers flock together (no gf, I.T. personality)
:) one officemate (girl) miguel knows it my crush in our office that time
...
telling us.... "ano ba naman kayo...pati
ba naman dito Linux parin pinag uusapan ninyo"
There are people like us that will never
forget things about our work/hobby... me mysself i'm here right now doing
product development for serg's cafe i still work in computer for almost
everyday..linux once in a while na lang ... but still linux is still in my
heart...
Hidden Distribution that i made is
actually done months ago and ready to be distributed for free.. but i will
launch it after serg's cafe's openning..
some features of SERG'S cafe (tux
cafe)
- most PCs
(30pcs) will have linux (different distro) and of course i will
have dual boots of microsoft for ordinary users
- everybody will enjoy
the WI-FI connection and mobile docking stations
- serg's chocolates
cocoa based products to be offered in retail business (beverage
group)
- coffee and bakery
items...
- Serg's and Tux cafe
merchandise (cups, mugs, T-shirts and others) and also tux stuff
toys
- and others..
like will be offering international cusines for breakfast, luch and dinner at
a specified time...for cafe's only
SERG'S KIOSK - i'm still working on this
and in parallel to that in shangrila i'm talking to SM for kiosk
space
- will offer the cafe's
beverages and ice cream for summer
- our ice cream is a
soft serve ice cream which we will have our own serg's chocolates dips and
flavors
- most of the beverages
will be cocoa based beverages and coffee
- planning stage to
have in for franchise

SERG'S CAFE will have the business setup
of a coffee shopt with computers .. imagine starbucks with Linux but with a
different market (all walks of life) AB, B, C market - kasi ang serg's pang
MASA it will be cheaper than the existing market
but it will have a "filipino
taste"...
Hopefully... i can have at least 5 cafe's
and kiosk this year

ALL pluggers is invited in my first
cafe oppening... kung kaya nung plcae .. it's only 106 sq meters ... date will
be announce soon...
