how about this (sendmail):

/etc/mail/virtusertable
(you need to enable virtusertable support in sendmail)

        glenn [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        trisha [EMAIL PROTECTED]

OR

/etc/mail/access

To:[EMAIL PROTECTED] smtp:[mail1.domain.com]
To:[EMAIL PROTECTED] smtp:[mail2.domain.com]

i haven't tested this though.
