Yeah. I believe so. I add the module manually by adding a line "alias eth2 3c509" without the quotes below the "alias eth1 3c59x" without the quotes in my /etc/modules.conf and run the command of modprobe. After modprobing, I got no response and I believe that the module has been loaded. After that, I tried restarting the network service but I got errors: Bringing up interface eth2: SIOCSIFFLAGS: Device or resource busy Failed to bring up eth2. > do you have "isapnp" started/loaded? What I did with this one was I just added "options 3c509 isapnp=1" without the quotes after the line "alias eth2 3c509" without the quotes in my /etc/modules.conf and restarted the network service but still with no luck.
