Hi,

I usually have 4 CD for windows and linux.

For win95,98SE,ME installer on 1 CD. The CD
is bootable using win98 boot image created
using winimage and winiso. Burned all of them
using Nero.

2 CD installer of winxp and 2000 each.

For Linux, it's knoppix. It autodetects almost
everything. Detects video card, CRT, sound cards,
even my two network cards, dhcp.

I could be literally be up and surfing the internet
in under 5 minutes. Troubleshoot and maintain next
problems in linux.

For good measure, tombsrt floppy is good too for under
powered PC machines.

regards,
