Fellow Free Software Enthusiasts,

On Freshmeat[1] today, I read an editorial by Marius Andreiana, entitled
"Too Much Free Software"[2]. Andreiana starts with a very powerful
paragraph, to wit:

The plethora of Free Software applications available today, none
working perfectly, is a problem which stands in the way of major
adoption of Linux on the desktop. In order to conquer the desktop,
    we have to stand united.

Interesting notes about free software development, and the problems of
having free software developers spread out too thin.

A worthy read, IMHO.
