I've check their site, and somehow they tried to duplicate what
OpenBSD's doing, albeit with Debian. It's quite impressive that what
their implementation of security isn't very intrusive (with RSBAC as
opposed to NSA's method).

It's essentially a fork of the stable distribution (for the meantime I
think), as their work has yet to be integrated into the Debian project
proper.
