has anybody here tried developing using kylix?

i hear kylix is a RAD tool based on delphi made by Borland. is this the RAD tool that's commercially available? is it worth the investment?

on the matter, are there any good RAD tools on linux? im using Anjuta, but i want a complete one stop IDE solution for RAD. something like sun one, or the visual studio by microsoft. any ideas?
