transport_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/transport
and in /etc/postfix/transport
localhost local:
localhost.your_localdomain local:
your_hostname.your_localdomain local:
yourdomain smtp:ip.address.of.exchangeserver(or hostname of exchange server)
you need to run 'postmap /etc/postfix/transport' and make your postfix server the primary mx.
