What's the difference between a barcode reader and a barcode scanner (handheld or otherwise)? Anyhow, I'm using handhelds with keyboard wedges with ltsp workstations. The metrologic voyager is working with no problems. The cipher lab used to work ok until recently where once in a long while, the keyboard would lock out after a scan. Have to pull out the keyboard and plug it in again before it would respond. -- God bless you.
