lets say i have a bzImage file from a kernel compile a couple of months ago and i just put it in /boot/custom but dont actually use that kernel image... now my question... how do you find out what kernel version that bzImage is without booting with it?
i know i should have renamed it suffixed with a version no. when i copied it to /boot/custom :P
