I haven't tried this myself but I think it's doable using filesystem
ACLs and restricting who can run selected executables...(?)

.bashrc -- file to be excuted by bash automatically, you could put some alias in here... for ex. alias ls="ls --color=auto" or PS1="[EMAIL PROTECTED] $" hmm... :)
