you should define a route in your router facing the internet like "ip route 
203.215.79.210 203.210.79.194". 

how did you define eth0 and eth1? IP 203.215.79.209 should only be and alias 
IP in eth1 otherwise I wont believe it will work since I presume those IP's 
are in the same netmask.
