try doing a symbolic link:

$ cd $JAVA_HOME/jre/plugin/ns6XX
$ ln -s libjavaplugin_oji.so /usr/lib/mozilla-X/plugins/.

if it doesn't work, try all the plugins from your $JAVA_HOME/jre/plugin/
directory.
