[plug] Disk quota

Good day to all. I have  this little problem on how to use disk quota on my machine. im using RH7.3 1. Edited etc/fstab LABEL=/        /        ext3     defaults,usrquota     1 1   2. Created a aquota.user file touch /aquota.user   3. run quotacheck -vam 4. quotaon -av 5. edquota -u jcb   edited   Filesystem             Blocks  soft      hard       inodes      soft      hard dev/hda6                20968  5120   6144             13       5120  6144   Is there something wrong on what i did? when i tried to ftp on my user, disk quota doesnt wok.
