Ariz solution assumes that you are willing to build php from source.  
i tend to do this myself since often there are things i want (not need, 
just want :) that aren't in the RPMs.  on the other hand, hehe, ian.s
will tell you that you should roll your own RPMs :).  since i have no
idea how that's done and no time or need to learn, i just build from
source :).

however, if you don't want to build from source, there are
some RPMs here:

http://www.rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=php-sybase&submit=Search+...

some of those are for cooker, but some of them look like they're for
regular mandrake.  note: i have not tried those.  you're on your
own there :).  but you can probably get something to work.  and if
not, then you could always just build php from source.

generally, when looking for RPMs, rpmfind.net is your friend.  the trick
is figuring out what the RPM would be named :).
