For Evolution + Spam Assassin, the only thing you can do is pipe the
message to Spam Assassin. If the email is spam, you'll get a non-zero
exit code. Yeah, you won't get the scoring details, but for me, I thinks
this should be the preferred behavior if you're keeping an archive of
all your email. Those extra headers would eat-up space.
