hello all,

i have a dialup gateway that has transparent proxy setup (using ipchains,
one of these days i'll figure out what the problem is and use iptables).

transparent proxying (ipchains REDIRECT) is working correctly if the
clients are other computers on the network.

now, the gateway itself is just another computer on the LAN except its
the one with the modem on it. is there a way to configure it so that
*local* browsers (links, lynx, wget, netscape, mozilla, opera, etc)
will also transparently use the proxy (no browser config necessary,
just firewall rules).
