interesting setup.  i'm curious as to why
the dsl modem needs its own ip address.  
what dsl modem/router do you have? 

My dsl modem doesnt have an ip address so its
acting as like a bridge--perhaps yur dsl modem
can be configured as a bridge (if you dont
have a network between the dsl and the router/fw).
