[plug] Performance tuning question....

Hi plug people,

 

 Good day!

 

 Tulong naman sa performance tuning... meron kasi akong file server running Redhat Linux 9 and Samba. Napansin ko kasi yung memory nya eh nag-iincrement hanggang

sa gumamit na sya ng swap space. Para kasing hindi nagfri-free up yung memory space pagkatapos gamitinng process (tama ba ang assumption ko?). 2GB yung memory and 1GB swap space nya. Ano kaya ang magandang gawin? baka kasi bigla na namang mag-hang yung server...

 

Server info:

 

Intel Xeon 2.1 GHz
2 GB of memory
with External Storage (disk array)
Redhat Linux 9
samba 2.2.7
