correct me if i'm wrong, we can utilize the embedded "doinst.sh" script in order to have
dependency checks capability whenever we want to create our own slackware package.
i remember reading about an app that does dependency checking in slackware that functions similarly like apt-get[1]. the name of the app is swaret and it was said that the main slackware developer is considering of including it in the distro.
