And then we could add a "what's it good for?" portion, where we could 
enummerate and briefly describe, maybe even demo, the most popular server and 
desktop applications on GNU/Linux. This usually gets a "wow! GNU/Linux can do 
that!?" response from the uninitiated.

I'd like to join you guys on this one, if you don't mind. That is, if my boss 
would allow me to get out of the office on the event's date. =)
