Hi,

just put a .procmailrc file with something like
in the recipient's home dir.

Just make sure you have 
local mailer = /usr/sbin/procmail
in postfix's main.cf

:0 c
* ^To:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
! [EMAIL PROTECTED],com
