Has anyone used MySQL in an OLAP project? I have been searching high and low but to no avail. I thought that Crystal Analysis was the answer, but a local vendor says that it just connects to OLAP cubes, it does not make them.
Mondrian seems to be able to work with MySQL, but I haven't tested it yet. Some say that Cognos will do the job. The problem is it is more expensive than a Microsoft SQL server setup (I'm trying to veer away from the prohibitive prices and virus-prone MS products). Any recommendations? :) - Andoy -- Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) Mailing List [EMAIL PROTECTED] (#PLUG @ irc.free.net.ph) Official Website: http://plug.linux.org.ph Searchable Archives: http://marc.free.net.ph .
