Under RedHat, you can do the following (as root):
        iptables-save>/etc/sysconfig/iptables
Your iptables rules will be reloaded from that file every time you
reboot.

Or if you like, you can put all you iptables command in a script and
execute that script from rc.sysinit or something. :)
