if u installed on same hd add to your grub.conf something like

title WinXploder
        rootnoverify (hd0,0)
        chainloader +1


if ur xp on separate hd, add something like

title=WinXploder
        rootnoverify (hd1,0)
        map (0x81) (0x80)
        map (0x80) (0x81)
        chainloader +1

be sure to modify hdx,x to suite your win partition
