i'm not a marketing guy specialist and i don't have any bad feelings about the company, but I've had some experiences with the said company. though i don't have any hard feelings with them, there are support contracts that they offer which would be somewhat like a 24x7 support contract. that means you can get support from them 24x7. though they don't specifically tell you that they'll give u help during non-business(weekends or holidays) hours if the problem isn't a critical one. get it? i'm not discouraging everyone to boycott or even diss them because of this, just pointing out some disapointing facts.

i wish i could stress more about this thing, unfortunately am not allowed to do so :).
