Yes, I was really excited recently when I was informed by Marc Boucher
of linuxant that their Driverloader program supports the realtek chipset
my DWL-520 im using. I was going to spread the news here but looks like
you beat me to it. :) In my case though, there's a minor bug (the whole
system lags every few seconds when the wifi card is enabled and no
access point is available) that requires me to download the latest
realtek drivers and modify the .INF windows driver files.

As a sidenote, it seems that realtek also released recently some linux
drivers for their own wifi chipset now growing in number among newly
released wifi cards. I haven't been able to get these to work as of yet
though since it isn't very mature and also requires some tinkering with.

I'll still try my luck at HRM edsa for those Netgear products (Thanks
Mr. Galang and Mr. Pasamba for sharing this). My thesis requires me to
setup at least three computers in adhoc mode (the more the merrier) and
I prefer the wifi cards to be as stable as possible. More so, because
I'm going to use these in conjunction with a slightly modified Coda
FS....which is already unstable enough as it is.

Thanks and more power.
