That would be great! but that also means I need to start from the begining, right? well, what I was really thinking was, (even without thirdpart tools/software) does linux have previous records of all your uptime? I have a Linux server which I used as a router, http server, rsync backup server, samba server and remote ssh, Ive been running it for about a year now and rarely rebooting it. The thing is, I havnt tracked down the uptimes and I kinda need it right now for statistics. So im thinkin that linux might have previous logs of uptimes(located somewhere /var/log/something) that I dont know of. Does linux have that? or I was stupid not to log my uptimes? :) Thanks for the links, ima go check it out right now. -- "#include <stdio.h>" Marc Henry Galang winmarctechnologies.com.ph www.free.net.ph/Members/marc Google: "Marc Henry Galang" MD5 Signature = 904a13d379c58ec8ea964bbbf0a5e55c -- Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) Mailing List [EMAIL PROTECTED] (#PLUG @ irc.free.net.ph) Official Website: http://plug.linux.org.ph Searchable Archives: http://marc.free.net.ph .
