Well, the ISOs are available at the Mandrake site and its mirrors
(http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/ftp.php3), but I understand not everyone
has the bandwidth/time for such downloads. I have yet to see local shops
that sell the boxed sets. Copies are of course available at various CD
outlets around Metro Manila, like Greenhills, but I really wouldn't
recommend those. My friend had several problems installing RH9 from CDs he
bought at Virra Mall, and with the kind of software that circulates in the
area, who knows what modifications (exploits/backdoors/trojans) those
vendors may add.

We have local mirrors for various distributions here, and I'd be more than
happy to burn you installation CDs for Mandrake 9.2 or others. Just
provide the CDs. Email me or give me a call if you're interested. Oh, and
we don't do deliveries, sorry. ;)

Also, I'm sure there are a lot of other institutions (http://os.up.edu.ph),
establishments, and individuals who would be happy to assist you. Try
contacting them if you want.
