Im trying to make winmodem run by installing the pctel driver i found in the
linmodems.org, but when i was about to run the ./configure, there is no option
for my chips for the "hal" (./configure --with-hal=yourchipset), because
the only chipsets included in the option are "pct789 cm8738 sis i8xx via686a".

the result from my lspci command are a follows :

###############

00:05:0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+
(rev 10)
00:06.0 Multimedia audio controller: ALi Corporation M5451 PCI AC-Link Controller
Audio Device (rev 02)
00:07:0 ISA bridge: ALi Corporation M1533 to ISA Bridge [Aladdin IV]

00:11:0 Bridge: ALi Corporation M7101 PMU
00:14:0 USB Controller: ALi Corporation USB 1.1 Controller (rev 03)
