i dont think it's a good idea to block based on subject.  you can do it,
but it's a bad idea because you can lose real email (not mydoom) that
has those subjects.  

if you still want to do that though, see /etc/postifx/pcre_table

a relevant example there is:

/^Subject: make money fast/     REJECT
