Hi,
Are there any reliable open source anti-viruses for linux?

Just wondering because we recently received a scam e-mail with the same
sender and receiver email address (and is not my email address), I wonder how
it got into our mail.

Can a worm or virus do this?

How reliable is Sophos antivirus ?
        How about clamAV?

Thanks :)
