Open Sourcing UP is a seminar about Open Source ideology and software
technologies. It answers the fundamental question of why UP, and the
Philippines in general, should embrace the empowering movement to an Open
Source community. It also showcases software technologies such as Latex,
Python, R, SNNS and LTSP.
