FYI Netscape Navigator 4.77 (for Linux) can render the drop downs as well as the entire site correctly. I use it on a regular basis. It works!
Actually because of the convenience this brings me, each time I decide on a utility or regular payment expense, i ask if i can pay though BPI internet banking. If they don't support it, i don't even consider that utility!
