You could always just install FC1 stock, lock, and barrel and then download the
2.6.3 or 2.6.4 kernel. If you need instructions, there's a HOWTO you can read

If you want a pre-built kernel (for RH9/FC1), get them from arjvan's site:
http://people.redhat.com/arjanv/2.5/
