Well, looks like WebWorks OS is an MS-certified solutions provider specializing
in .NET development. I took sometime reading their company portfolio and it
seems that their veteran software developers, which used to work for Match Data
Systems (MDS), whose products were sold to Great Plains Software and eventually
acquired by MS, have been reemployed for WWOS (or WOS, what ever their acronym
is).

Webworks seems to be concentrated in developing "commercial packaged
applications such as payroll, e-financials, e-commerce, and human resource
management for software vendors abroad." (Source: Manila Bulletin). I don't
know what new venture they'll be going into now that they're focusing on .NET.

But given their area of expertise, then I guess the way he was quoted about Open
Source is valid. But like I said in another forum, his view of use of open
source applications is _extremely_ limited. Then again, I don't need to preach
to the choir. ;)
