Hi,
I've noticed that in some Asian countries they are making their own flavor
of GNU/Linux distribution (not based on any existing distributions like,
redhat, debian , slackware,SuSe, $CO Linux hahaha, etc.).

Are we also doing that here in the Philippines? Are we making distributions
from scratch? Last time I checked, Bayanihan Linux no longer mentions in it's
website that it is derived from RedHat Linux (or did I miss it?)...... Are
they already making Bayanihan Linux distribution from scratch, like what they
did in China, Taiwan, etc.? Are there other such distributions originating
from the Philippines?

The idea of making linux from scratch is quite interesting, fascinating .....
But very time consuming--- so they say ---- if you use a slow computer....
hehehehe :)

but computing concepts are here to stay;.
unless of course if proven to be false :P
