I think the courts have decided Andy. That's why M$ had to unbundle IE.

M$ did more than jusat bundle it. They made it an integral part of 
Windows. That's why it was a monopolistic practice. M$ saw further than us 
alright. Thgey saw it wasa good way to stick it to their competitors!

M$ has been using unfair monopolitiswc practices for quite a while. That's 
why the EU fined them. Perhaps you haven't been keeping up with the news. 
That for most rational people is reasonable cause not to trust M$.
