Don't forget to include a features like:
* A client can still be access by the operator when the server is down
* Client volume of sound can be control by the server/operator
* Client side must have a payable inquiry feature so that, the user
don't need to come to the operator table and ask for total payable
* Must have also a time summary available for user convinience
* Screen resolution should be controlable by the operator
* Lastly, if possible include a remote control module. like an operator
can control the mouse and keyboard of a remote user
Thanks,
Rogermoore
