But after reading his rant, I have the distinct feeling that he simply doesn't want to pay well. There are plenty of similar job listings in the US, they just use code words such as "ground floor opportunity" or "starting position". I just think the original poster needs to be honest. He has a small budget, fine. Don't make up excuses for why you want someone with no experience.
