That's the whole point. Emulate the features, and emulate the bugs as well.
I agree, and that's the beauty of Wine. I think it'll be a far more challenging endeavor to "fix" the problems of Windows. Registry? Security? That was one reason why Connectix's VirtualPC product was significantly superior to SoftWindows/RealPC (originally made by Insignia, sold to FWB). The former emulated the PC hardware (x86 instructions), while the latter emulated Windows calls.
I read their site again, and like Orly mentioned, they have a lot of things "peek-a-boo" scenarios: anonymous names (Top Computer Scientist and MIT alumni?), missing links (involving the names of UP, Ateneo, DLSU, Bose, etc), etc.
