hi gurus, are there any Call Center admins here? anyone familiar with CentreVu CMS? i'm trying to figure out a script to generate a status report that can be then posted to an internal web page. we're trying eliminate windows based applications for this purpose. The CenterVU CMS server is on a SunOS 5.7 machine. any info would be highly appreciated.
