Unless of course they're actually using WINE code before WINE became
LGPL. AFAIK, WINE was licensed under a BSD-style license before they had
some disagreements with Transgaming not giving back changes made on
WineX back to the WINE.
Now, if SpecOps used pre-LGPLed WINE code, there should be no problem at
all (I really don't know if this is the case since I'm not reading
WINE's mailing list). If they're using LGPLed WINE, they must comply.
