Hi.
I have a problem with our mail server. 1 particular message keeps on
requeueing. I tried isolating the problem and concluded that it has
something to do with the virus scanner in the mail server
(postfix+spamassassin+clamd+amavisd).
What amavis variant are you using?
The e-mail contained an *.rar
What version of rar are you using also? I suggest to use the latest rar version to avoid similar future problems.
attachment and it seems that the scanner has trouble opening it. Anyway, please look at the log below. I hope you can help me on solving this problem.
I've been looking for the message hopelessly in /var/spool/postifix ... I hope you could also help me delete it permanently from the queue.
you can delete the queue using postsuper -d <queue id> or if all the queue belongs to the defered mail, postsuper -d ALL
