Mozilla and Netscape have plugins for acroread, realplayer and flash. I downloaded and installed them, without any warning or notice about their being non-redistributable.
If, indeed, the rpms that you mentioned are non-redistributable, then, SUSE Linux 9.1 should discourage users from installing these and propose alternative open-source ones.
